The Honorable Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Secretary,

I  am  following  up  on  the great news reported in June 2026 that the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)  is investigating the $27 million grant to the Council on America Islamic Relations (CAIR).  

I was greatly heartened to read your statement that “If there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or ties to designated terrorist organizations, we will act.”

CAIR’s agenda has been destructive to American values with its false labeling (cancelling) of American patriots as Islamophobes, dozens of frivolous lawsuits, advocacy for convicted terrorists, opposition to federal laws and policies that protect Americans from terror, and agenda to replace the United States Constitution with Sharia law. 

America’s great future is threatened by the Islamist agenda to mandate Sharia law for all citizens.   

There  is  no  public  record which shows that HHS has produced findings, charges, or a debarment decision in this case.

I urge your department to expeditiously  investigate this case and “act if there is evidence of fraud, abuse, or ties to designated terrorist organizations.”
