Dear Chief Jenkins and Officer O’Brien,

It is encouraging to see your department apprehend and bring charges against Qaisar Ali given the political climate where Muslims seem to have a special status.

If the victim in this case is white and or non-Muslim I urge you to add hate crime charges with the hope of obtaining an increased prison sentence.
  
Muslims raping non-Muslim white females based upon eight theological and legal aspects of Islam is racial and religious hate.  Such rapes should also be charged as hate crimes.  

It is horrific that Muslims raped thousands of non-Muslim white females, mostly young girls in the UK for many years.  This violent trend could happen in the United States if Muslims who rape non-Muslim white females based upon Islamist doctrine are not vigorously prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
