Thank you for ruling to uphold West Virginia’s “Save Women’s Sports" law.

Some educators are failing women, failing science, failing history and failing the truth by letting men compete athletically against women.   Science and history have truthfully recognized the physical and biological differences between male and female for hundreds of years.

Policy allowing males to compete athletically as females based on testosterone suppression does not change men into women nor make men physically equal to women.  Males competing athletically against females is grossly unfair to women.

Thank you for having the courage to rule on the truth of real science.
