Suggested subject line:
It is shocking that USAA threatened a non-profit org over this situation.
It is truly a sad day in America when a company like USAA threatens to sue a non-profit organization over emails from its supporters regarding media content that is antagonistic toward the beliefs of many military service members.
No other company, out of the more than 3,500 companies that Florida Family Association has communicated with in the past 16 years, has threatened to quash its and its supporters First Amendment rights. Additionally, none of the other 734 companies that Florida Family Association has communicated with regarding advertising at the subject site have threatened to sue.
While 711 out of 735 companies stopped advertising USAA threatens legal action to support ads at this site that has considerable content that conflicts with the beliefs of many of its members.
I urge USAA to adopt an advertising policy that spends its military members money on media that is military friendly and pro-America.
